PE hose and PVC hose are both used for air and water. But they are different in material, flexibility, and use.

1. Material
PE tubing is made from polyethylene.
PVC tubing is made from polyvinyl chloride.
PE is softer and more flexible. PVC is heavier and holds shape better.

2. Temperature
PE hose works from -20°C to +60°C.
PVC hose works from -15°C to +60°C.
Both work well in normal air and water systems.
3. Pressure
PE hose handles pressure up to 2.0 MPa (at 20°C).
PVC hose handles pressure around 1.2 MPa.
PE is stronger at the same size.
4. Transparency and softness
PVC tubing is clear and smooth. It has better transparency.
PE tubing is softer and lighter. Easier to bend and install.
5. Application
Use PE hose in:
Water dispensers
Purifiers
Pneumatic systems
Use PVC hose in:
Food processing
Light chemical flow
Lab water lines
6. Colors and sizes
Both hoses have many colors. Both support custom sizes.
We offer red, blue, white, clear, and more.
