FEP tube(Polytetrafluoroethylene hexafluoropropylene synthetic resin) is an economical choice for tubing applications requiring chemical resistance in combination with broad temperature exposure, It maintains a continuous service temperature of 200℃. Because FEP is fully fluorinated like PTFE, it is extremely inert, has excellent electrical properties, high chemical stability, low friction, excellent long term weathering, good high and low temperature resistance.

FEP tube has a wide range of operating temperatures, with long-term usage temperatures ranging from -150 ° C to +200 ° C, and has excellent resistance to high and low temperatures.

FEP tube can resist the erosion of various chemical substances, such as acids, alkalis, solvents, oxidants, etc. And can maintain stable performance in strong acid and alkali environments. Due to outstanding chemical resistance, it is used as a transparent, anti-corrosive and anti-stick material in the fields of chemical, food, textile and packing industry.

Additionally, FEP tube has high clarity and is a fully transparent plastic hose. It is anti-aging, can be exposed to sunlight for a long time, and is resistant to ultraviolet rays (not easily brittle).

FEP tube can also be welded and used with conventional threaded fittings.
